Our client, a major global financial services provider, is looking for a Trust Accountant to join its Trust Department in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate financial statements for complex trust and corporate structures and monthly activity reports. This role will also require you to support operational banking activities and the electronic recording and maintenance of corporate assets. Candidates should be degree-educated or equivalent and working towards a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA). You will have a thorough understanding of the relationship between trust structures and underlying companies, along with the ability to analyze and interpret investment reports. You will be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of financial and accounting reporting along with strong IT skills with particular expertise in using the Microsoft Word and Excel.
