A fantastic opportunity has just arisen with one of our clients based offshore. They are currently recruiting at a senior level for two Senior Managers to support their growth as a result of an increasing caseload.
Successful candidates must be fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA) and/or possess a JIEB or IPA Qualification.
You should have at least 5 years experience in the insolvency and restructuring arena, and exposure to financial services would be an advantage. You will demonstrate strong people management skills, and have a proven ability to juggle complex and heavy caseloads.
Your role will be integral to the management team, and as such you will be expected to participate in staff and schedule management, budget-setting, reporting on KPIs, and performance appraisals. You will also be responsible for reviewing the work of case administrators, training and technical updates. In addition, you should have the ability to build and maintain a business network since one of your remits will be to develop the business through organic growth.
